These terms explain the website’s role in starting a home cleaning inquiry.
Website and cleaning provider
La Jolla Cleaning Co. describes home and arrival-related cleaning requests. Cleaning services are provided by Bravo Maids. The service descriptions help frame an inquiry; actual tasks and timing are agreed separately for the property.
An inquiry does not reserve a date
Submitting the form does not confirm cleaning or accept an arrival deadline. Preferred cleaning dates and arrival windows support an assessment of scope and availability. A request for a repeating frequency does not create a subscription or standing appointment.
Authority and scope
You must be authorized to request work at the property and share the submitted information. Describe room boundaries, occupancy, known condition and access limitations accurately. Cleaning does not include a home inspection, security check, keyholding, maintenance, errands or property management. Linen supply, laundry and restocking are not included by the word arrival.
