A cleaning request before the home is used

Arrival cleaning starts with the rooms someone will use and the condition those rooms are expected to be in. A second-home owner returning after time away may have different information from a resident arranging cleaning before a family visit. Explain whose arrival the request concerns and what you know about the property now. Cleaning services are provided by Bravo Maids. The request is assessed as cleaning work, with a defined scope and agreed timing. It is not a property-management package, a security visit or an inspection of a home that has been unoccupied.

Pre-arrival request planner

  1. ScopeName the rooms and surface limitations without adding household services by assumption.
  2. TimingSeparate the preferred cleaning date from the arrival window in Pacific time.
  3. AccessDescribe the arrangement and known restrictions without posting private credentials.
  4. CoverageGive the street address and ZIP code so Bravo Maids can confirm the home is in its service area.

Separate confirmed facts from the last known condition

State when the home was last seen or used if that helps explain the condition you are describing. Say whether anyone is staying there before arrival and whether other work is planned. If your description comes from an authorized local contact, explain that context rather than presenting it as a current personal inspection.

Unknown conditions need to remain visible in the inquiry. If utilities, entry or the state of a requested room are uncertain, say so. Cleaning should not be scheduled on an assumption that the property can be accessed and used normally. A remote request may need further clarification before its suitability can be assessed.

Define the cleaning scope room by room

Name the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces that need attention. Add approximate floor area and describe furniture or belongings that restrict surface access. Rooms that should remain closed or untouched need to be identified separately. A request before arrival does not automatically include the entire property.

The word arrival does not include linen supply, laundry, restocking, groceries or errands. It also does not add maintenance, pool care, keyholding or security responsibilities. If a requested task falls outside ordinary cleaning, identify it so the boundary is clear rather than assuming it comes with the planned return to the home.

Give the cleaning window and arrival window separately

State the preferred cleaning date and expected arrival date as separate details. If you include times, label them in Pacific time. For a remote owner, this avoids making the request depend on an unstated time zone. Explain whether the arrival is fixed or provisional and whether there is flexibility in the possible cleaning window.

Mention anyone expected to enter after cleaning, such as a delivery contact or someone doing work at the property. A later activity may affect a cleaned space. Submission does not accept an arrival deadline or establish that the property will be ready by it; the scope and availability still need separate agreement.

Arrange an authorized way to provide access

Explain who can approve the work and who can coordinate entry. If you are away, say whether an authorized local contact is available and what building or parking requirements are known. The access contact and the person approving the cleaning may be different people.

Keep alarm codes, passwords and other entry credentials out of the public request. The initial form should explain the coordination arrangement without exposing private access details. If entry depends on a building manager, a resident or a narrow handover window, state that dependency so timing can be assessed realistically.

Send the request before assuming an arrangement

Use the request form with the location, requested rooms, occupancy and last known condition. Include your relationship to the property, the preferred cleaning date and the expected arrival window. Mention any surface care instructions and unresolved access questions.

For ordinary occupied-home needs with no particular arrival milestone, home cleaning may be the closer service choice. Either route begins an inquiry with Bravo Maids. A confirmed form submission is not a confirmed cleaning appointment, and a date change needs assessment against the scope and access arrangements rather than being treated as accepted automatically.

Questions people ask

Can I request cleaning while I am away from the home?

Yes. Explain your relationship to the property, its last known condition and whether an authorized local contact can coordinate access. Cleaning can be assessed from the information available, but unknown conditions and entry arrangements need clarification before a visit is agreed.

What does arrival cleaning include?

It is a cleaning request before planned use of the home. Name the rooms and accessible surfaces needing attention, the last known condition and the arrival window. The term does not include groceries, errands, laundry, linen supply, maintenance or a property-management service.

Does my arrival date reserve a cleaning appointment?

No. Give the arrival date and preferred cleaning date separately, with times stated in Pacific time. Those details support an assessment of scope and availability. A submitted request does not accept a deadline or confirm that the property will be ready for arrival.
