Provide information relevant to the cleaning inquiry and only information you are authorized to share.
Information in the request
The form asks for contact and property details so Bravo Maids can assess the requested cleaning and respond. Required details are your name, a contact number, your email address, the property's street address, city and ZIP code, and the service you are asking about ("Not sure yet" is an option). It can also include your preferred cleaning timing, approximate size and room counts, occupancy, the rooms needing attention, the home's last known condition, an expected arrival date, a requested frequency, your relationship to the home, who can coordinate entry and anything else you add. Your choice about text messages is recorded with the request. When a request is sent, the inquiry service also receives your IP address and browser type and records both with the request; the IP address is also used to limit repeated submissions. Do not submit private entry credentials, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.
Purpose and handling
Inquiry details are used to clarify scope, suitability, access and availability. Service providers supporting the website and inquiry handling may process information for those functions. An arrival date describes requested timing; submitting it does not create a booking or a property-management arrangement.
Storage in your browser
Visits to this site are not measured. Your browser keeps, for this session only, the page you arrived on and its referrer so they can be passed along with a request, and a small attempt record (an identifier and hashed values, never your written answers) that lets a repeated send be recognized.
How long we keep what you send
We keep what you share in a request while we reply and while your home remains a customer of ours. Ask through the contact page at any time and we will delete it. These records are not deleted automatically when an inquiry closes or a customer relationship ends; deletion happens when you ask for it.
Questions and corrections
Use the contact page to explain a privacy question or ask to correct submitted details. Identify the inquiry with the same contact information. Identity or authority may need to be established before information can be provided or changed.
